Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, once a theme or plugin is downloaded, we are unable to accept returns. No refunds will be provided unless the product is completely unusable.
If you experience issues with the product, we require some time to attempt to resolve it. If we cannot fix the issue, we will process a refund. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with any queries or help with installation and configuration.
Please note that we are not the developers of the products we sell. Therefore, our technical support is limited, and we cannot fix bugs or change the functionality of the products.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is completely unusable.
- We are unable to resolve the issue after attempting to fix the problem.
We are committed to assisting you, but we also expect that you fully understand what you are purchasing and the functionality of the product before making the purchase.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Techiechips.com Memberships – Memberships provide a bundle of products at discounted prices and can be canceled at any time (not applicable for lifetime plans).
- Duplicate Refund Requests – Refunds cannot be requested for the same product twice.
- Offers and Discounts – Any offers or discounts apply only to future purchases and cannot be used for requesting refunds or partial refunds for existing orders.
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:
- You changed your mind about the product or subscription.
- You accidentally purchased an item, and it has already been downloaded or sent.
- You are unable to install the downloaded product.
- The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
- The product does not function the way you expected.
- The product requests a license key or activation.
- You accidentally broke your website while installing the product.
- You did not receive support on Techiechips.com.
- You refused to provide access to your site to help troubleshoot the product issue.
Additional Information:
- You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- If you are refunded, you will no longer have access to the downloaded premium products.
- If a product remains unusable after an update, we may reduce the refund amount based on the diminished value of the product.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
